Claire Bracher

Claire is a registered professional nurse, midwife, nurse educator and internationally certified lactation consultant (ICLC). She has been involved with midwifery and childbearing families for over 25 years, having run her own childbirth preparation and postnatal practices in Johannesburg.

  

Breastfeeding poses many challenges to many women, with each mother-baby dyad being unique. Claire believes that it is vital for mothers and families to receive support that is relevant, non-judgemental and evidence-based. Claire applies years of experience and her passion for helping mothers overcome these challenges, in order to provide the highest level of care and service to each patient.

 

Claire will be available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays or alternatively, by appointment. These can be done face-to-face, telephonically or via Zoom.
